Kerey Ruggiero – Executive Director

Kerey Parnes Ruggiero was literally raised at PMHC as her father, Dr. Edward Parnes, was its founder and first Executive Director. Kerey completed a BA at Vassar College in 1979, and was then trained as a Freudian Psychoanalytic Psychotherapist at the Psychoanalytic Studies Institute in Philadelphia, where she earned her certificate in 1983.

In her 12 years as Executive Director, Kerey has grown and transformed the agency to focus on the needs of children and their families in Philadelphia and Bucks Counties. She also developed PMHC's specialty in family-focused treatment for children and adults on the Autism Spectrum.
